Busy Mind Method — A busy mind is no obstacle to meditation.

Meditation training for councils, schools, hospitals and healthcare organisations — easy for HR to book, easy for staff to actually finish.

"A busy mind is no obstacle to meditation."

Choose a one-off 45–60 minute session, a 4-week program, or a 6-week program — delivered onsite for councils, schools, hospitals, and mental health organisations. Led by a practitioner with 30 years' experience and a decade of results in emotional regulation and staff wellbeing.

The Method

Meditation that meets you where you are.

For HR & People Teams

Most meditation programs are built for people who already meditate. This one isn't.

The gap most wellbeing programs miss

Most staff have tried meditation and quietly given up — a phone app that didn't stick, a class that felt like "doing it wrong." They know the benefits. They haven't found an approach that works for a busy, sceptical mind.

Where the Busy Mind Method fits

Sessions are built from the ground up for beginners and people returning after a "failed" attempt — no assumed experience, no jargon, grounded in a clinical understanding of the nervous system and 30 years of hands-on teaching.

Delivered for HR and People teams at local councils, schools, hospitals, and mental health organisations.

Beyond the core sessions

The one-off session and 4- or 6-week programs are the three core ways to engage the Busy Mind Method. For organisations wanting something broader or ongoing, these options can be tailored to your needs.

Staff Wellbeing Day

A half- or full-day experience, standalone or as part of a broader wellbeing day.

Retreat Day

A fully facilitated staff retreat designed around your team's goals, with the Busy Mind Method woven into the day.

Ongoing / Resident Practitioner

Regular sessions booked on a rolling basis for teams wanting an embedded wellbeing resource.

For Staff & Community Members

Tried meditation before and it didn't stick? That's exactly who this is for.

If you've started and stopped meditating more than once, you're not bad at it — you probably haven't been shown an approach built for a genuinely busy mind. Whether you work at a council, a school, a hospital, or a mental health organisation, beginner-friendly one-off sessions, 4- and 6-week programs, and one-day retreats are available. Get in touch to find out what's currently on offer.
